Is Fresco an Italian product?
Yes, Fresco is made with patented, 100% Italian technology.

How long is the warranty period?
We may not have a service centre in your country, so if you have any problem with our equipment during the 2-year warranty you will have to send it to Italy and have it delivered back to you at your cost. We will cover the costs for any repairs and spare parts

What is Fresco's power consumption?
Fresco's total power consumption for the blast chilling/heating functions is 350 Watts, i.e. just a few Eurocents per cycle.

Do I have to pre-cool Fresco before blast chilling or shock freezing a product?
For even better blast chilling and shock freezing results we recommend pre-cooling Fresco with a short 10-minute cycle.

How do I clean Fresco?
Fresco’s interior can be cleaned with a mild detergent, preferably our Irinox Clean, which you can also use with a soft cloth to clean the external surfaces.

Can Fresco be built into my kitchen?
Yes, you can fit Fresco into your kitchen cabinet. It is important that you leave at least a 5 cm gap at the back and an 8/10 cm gap above Fresco to allow for air circulation. Furthermore, you must leave the cabinet door open when you are using Fresco.

Can Fresco be used in place of a microwave oven?
Fresco is an appliance that complements traditional kitchen appliances.
Fresco's maximum temperature is 75°C, which is suitable for low-temperature cooking of meat and fish. -
